Due to the nature of our products (sterile, temperature-sensitive, and hygiene-critical items), we are only able to accept returns under the conditions below.
Eligible Returns
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Temperature-sensitive (cold-chain) products cannot be returned once shipped, unless they arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond with return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days; crypto refunds are sent to the wallet address you provide.
