How fast is shipping?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time are processed the same business day. Standard shipping typically arrives within 2–4 business days.
Is shipping free?
Yes — shipping is FREE on all orders over $200. Orders under $200 ship for a flat $15.
How are temperature-sensitive products shipped?
Cold-chain items are packed with insulated packaging and cooling elements to maintain product integrity in transit.
Can I return a product?
Unopened, unused items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Cold-chain products can only be returned if they arrived damaged or defective. See our Return Policy.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes — buy 2 units of a product and save 5%, buy 3 or more and save 7%. Discounts are applied automatically in the cart and cannot be combined with promo codes.
